The same thing that apparently has been happening to others, just happened to me. I call and I get a person that is completely apathetic about the charge and claim that I consented to the charge to my account. Nothing could be further from the truth. I also asked for an immediate refund and was told it would 10 business days yet they were able to debit my account immediately.
