I received my bank statement today and noticed this debit. I rang my bank as I had never heard of this company. They gave me the number of complete save. I rang complete save who cancelled my account and advised me they had also taken £10 in March and that as this was obviously a fraudulant account they would close it and refund the money to my account they took my email address and said they would confirm this by email, so far I have heard nothing, they resisted answering my questions and referred me to my bank to report it as fraudulent. I rang my bank who advised me to contact their customer service for more information as to how and when this account was set up, this I have done and am currently waiting for a reply.
