My credit card denied the charge and I had alerts set up so I quickly made some calls. Unfortunately I called the number associated with TERNECKHELP COM -- That's what made me realize it was a fraud! Couldn't understand the person, sounded like a voice modifier was used, sounded like a computer,toneless-automated but wasn't Said they do outsourcing-for many different companies. They kept trying to get info from me. Closed my card and feel lucky !BEWARE! I used this card today through PayPal -- be careful set up alerts when using online services.
