On April 7, 2012 I ordered a birthday tshirt for my son's 3rd birthday. Today is May 11, 2012 and I have still not received the shirt. I have called All Personally Yours multiple times every day for the past 3 weeks. Either the office is currently closed, employees are in training, or I am told I will be connected to a customer service representative and then I am disconnected. You can not leave a message. I have sent three different emails asking when my order will be shipped. My first email got a response stating that my order will be shipped within 4-7 business days. My credit card was charged for $19.22. The link that states the shipping status of orders says that my order will be shipped in 24 hours. It has said this for almost 3 weeks now... obviously a lie. At this point I don't even want the shirt, I just want a refund. But, after finding this site, I realize that I will probably never see either. Now I am just concerned that this scam operation will try to take money out of my account again. And also that they will continue to scam people out of their money and get away with it. I know $19.22 isn't a lot of money. It's the principle of the matter. What a disgusting "company". I really wish I found this site before I placed my order.
