I ordered a 1 year supply of GluTrimex (12 bottles - 8 bottles and 4 free with free shipping and handling) on 2/4/12. I was supposed to return them by 5/4/12 for a full refund. Because I haven't been taking any of the pills after the first bottle was empty (after 30 days) because I saw no results, I forgot about returning them - as I've had a lot of family issues recently. I saw the box of bottles today, that I had meant to return, and called the 800 numb er (800-375-7297) and spoke to Becky who was very rude to me and didn't care what my excuse was, she said I was outside of the 90 days and I would not be receiving a refund, but I could mail the unused bottles back to them - REALLY? Why would I do that if I wasn't going to receive a refund!! I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said she was one, I asked to speak to her boss, and she just kept repeating that I would not be receiving a refund and she hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the owner, she said he's not available and that I will not be receiving a refund and she hung up on me again!!
