When I checked my account I noted a withdrawl was made for 31.96 from the above company. I signed no agreement nor did I speak with anyone from Pay Avanix. I need my money reimbursed immediately. Please help.

- Same here! I filed a complaint Ic3 Internet Crime Complaint Center. You can do it online.
