Autozone is changing in their system the purchase date of battery sales so they don't have to honor free replacement warranty terms, or charge more money for pro-rate terms of battery purchases. If you do produce a receipt they simply apologize for the so called "typing error". If you don't produce a receipt. You are 'sol' and you will have to pay for another battery.
