My kids wanted the new air jordans. They were immediately sold out at the mall so I went online. Besneakerhead popped up on top so I visited their website. I figured they were legitimate. They had three pairs and I thought I was fighting time so I immediately ordered. When I finished order, I researched and found that they sell fake sneakers. I went to my email to see for a confirmation order. Nothing. So I went back on line and tried to find a phone number... Nope... Address... Nope... anything?? virtually nothing. I sent an email to the company stating I just ordered and wanted to cancel. I sent an email to my bank to block. Bank responded that they couldn't do anything. A few days later on Monday, I got a confirmation order stating that my order would process in a few days. I responded again with a request to cancel. The companies response was that they would give me a good deal but if I wanted to cancel it would cost me $ 40.00 restocking fee and take 4 weeks. I said restock what, your email says you didn't process my order yet and I also already cancelled before you emailed me. The response was that they would cancel, it will take 2-4 weeks and it is going to cost me 5 % banking fee. I again responded that that was an unconscionable amount of time and I wasn't paying anything. I am waiting for the next (Inappropriate Content Removed) response.
