They have been sending our office an invoice for services we didnot authorize. I let them know that we did not want any advertising that was not free. However they did ask several questions and required just a yes or no answer, they suppossedly recording this. I listened to it but am very convinced they made recording the way they wanted it to make it sound like I accepted there advertisement. I am not paying for anything that I didnot authorize in writing and someone just sends me a invoice for that I know I have not legitamately okayed. And they proceed to call and demand payment, and I have told them not going to pay them for this due to I didnt authorize it.
