A representative called me ( Carlos) and offered to get me a personal grant for my clients (a have a company) to start business, help with updates, and hire more employees to help the falling economy. They would build they website and do advertising and everything to get it going. I was given a timeline of services for each client. A business plans and Logos would be completed.
The funds would come from Foundations. Clients would get a CD to do upload the website.
The clients was qualified, everybody sign the contracts. All I need do was send $2,500 as a retainer for each client, Now I get no response to messages and the phone is always busy. Phone numbers will not answer and failed e-mails also. These con artist need to be caught and punished for such deceit and no feeling for anyone but themselves. I paid them 37,500.00. Please help if possible.
