I went into my checking account this morning and saw a debit for $31.96 from someplace called Loan Avanix. I have never heard of them before. I called 210-249-4099 that was posted on my checking account. Told the woman I had no idea what this was, she said she would credit my account $31.96 by tomorrow, she gave me a confirmation #. I certainly hope this happens. I will call my bank as well to let them know.
