Sold 3 - Shoretel Superstacks to Robert Carlson of Vanguard Phones, Inc., aka Vanguard Communications, Inc. aka Malibu Phones (e-bay) which he has already resold and installed. Was paid with a check that he stopped payment on and closed the bank account. We are out $834.00 plus bank fees.
Update: 08/17/2011
After several emails and an explanation of bank issues we received a check on 8/16/11 from Robert Carlson of Vanguard Phones Inc. for the full amount due and consider this issued resolved.

I got scammed with a bad check worth $9,000 from the same guy. Please go ahead and do what you can to sue him. His current address is
