I woke up this morning and checked my bank account because my pay gets deposited today, and I see I am in a negative balance. I never heard of this company, and I never requested anything from them, but they ACH'ed my account for 31.96, and cost me a 33.00 overdraft for a total of 64.96. I called my bank and they informed me it was Avanix, so I asked for a number and called them, demanding to know how they got my bank information. It seems they glean information from another company's website and debit your account. When confronted with their less than legal activities they offered no hint of remorse. This company needs to be permanently closed and legal action brought.
