I'm on social security disability....I needed money for sales tax on my mini van I just purchased..so I started searching on line for a personal loan to help ..I thinking no big deal I can pay this make by the the month and have my van licensed to ....well before you know it ..I checked my bank account and I'm in the hole for 99.46 bank fees from a electric check for 30.00 ..so I call the bank and they said TO WATCH OUT FOR THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE AS SOON AS YOU PUT YOUR ROUNTING # IN AND ACCOUNT # .THEY GOT YA....That's saying you give them permission to charge you ....well I think that bs and I called them back (the company ) and I get a recording saying to log on to "[email protected] hear I am ...the company sales representive also told before that I would get the nmoney back ..and now I can't get a hold of them......low income senior...I want to know can I sue them for this ..because it's WRONG !!!
