Similar to several various reports, I purchased a trial offer for the cost of shipping only ($19.00) however 21 days later I was billed $200.00 for this order and subsequently an additional order was shipped and invoiced for $91.00. In the interim I had called a company called Cleanse360 and cancelled my order. This was done however they would not refund my $90.00 for their product although I offered to return 75% of the product as it states in their literature (very well hidden, that if you don't notify them with 21 days of receiving your trial offer you will be billed) Furthermore there was no information that Trimfit is a different company with a different website,tel#, email and you must notify them independently. This company is almost impossible to contact by phone and impossible to get a REAL LIVE PERSON
The whole thing is as close to a total scam as possible. The products have also had some unfavourable reviews. STAY AWAY
