Same as everyone else...........Charged a 99.00 "registration fee"; but, never bid on anything. I logged in to my Amazon
account and used my password set up with Amazon. However,
I was sent to the Bidrack site (which I did not know) and proceeded to give them my charge card info. I have emailed them hundreds of times. There replies are that they are doing everything to resolve this "issue" and for me to be patient with them as a "valued customer". There emails have stated that
they are going ahead and issue me a refund of 99.00. Now they tell me today (Aug 8, 2011) that they are not because they have determined that it is a valid charge...........Balderdash.
I will never accept this ............. NEVER!
