i ordered this item back in March of 2012 and never recieved it. I had been in correspondance several times with the company and had never recieved any feedback other then to tell me to check with my local post office which i did. the following is a logg of the correspondance from today. I have been called a scam artist by this company becuase i requested a full refund for an item that i did not recieve. they make sure that they wait over 8 weeks before they do anything that way you have no real recourse with your credit company.

We did our part and shipped your order, just like we do with 1,000's of our other customers. It was your fault the package wasnt delivered, not ours. So why you keep trying to blame us just shows how bad of a person you really are. Why dont you blame your local postal service or mailman then if it was their fault, because it was absolutely 100% not our fault. We did everything exactly correct.
So if you want to start a facebook page saying we did everything correct and you or your mailman messed up the order, then that sounds fine. Seems you have not yet learned to take responsibility for your actions.
And we dont want you ordering any more of our products just so they can be returned back to us as undeliverable, so consider yourself banned from being allowed to order any of our other products as well. We will post your name and info into the scammers database. You should be ashamed of yourself and how you act!

We will be happy to issue your refund per the terms on the website that you agreed to when you placed the order. And since it was your fault the package was not delivered since you gave us an incomplete shipping address and your mailman therefore had to return the package back to us, we will have to deduct the shipping and handling fees and restocking fees, per the terms on the website.

The CA postal service just returned your package back to the US postal service, who just returned it back to us. The CA postal service said the address you gave us was incomplete and therefore they were not able to deliver your package. They said the address was missing a unit number. Do you have an APT or UNIT number that is part of your complete shipping address and that needs to be on your package? If so, we can add your unit number and re-ship your package back to you in todays mail.
