I ORDERED THE SAMPLE ON-LINE ON 4/5/12. I DID NOT RECEIVE IT UNTIL 4/26/12. THE SAME DAY I WAS CHARGED $159.99. I RETURNED THE UNOPENED SAMPLE ON 4/27 WITH A LETTER SAYING I COULD NOT USE IT DUE TO MEDICAL PRESCRIPTIONS I TAKE THAT CAUSE MY SKIN TO BE SENSITIVE. I DID NOT THINK OF THAT WHEN I ORDERED THE SAMPLE. THEY RECEIVED MY RETURN ON 4/30/12. I HAVE CALLED THE ONLY NUMBER AVAILABLE, WHICH IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVE BEEN TOLD EACH TIME THAT SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME VIA E-MAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS. I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED.
