False advertising on their website, and liars too! They sent me 3 replacement frames, none of which was the proper measurement and thickness of .75 inch. They finally told me that they do not have anything thicker than the .50 inch frame in my size. They allowed me to return for a full refund, yet then claimed the canvas was not in the box! LEARN FROM ALL THESE PEOPLE, DO NOT ENTER INTO A BUSINESS TRANSACTION WITH THIS COMPANY.
They go by several names, so beware any German company with it's location listed as Miami FL.
Update: 05/08/2012
They acknowledged receipt, and refunded back to my CC.
I am not sure how to delete this complaint now??
