I am Philip Huddy. I live in Western Australia my email is (Personal Info Removed)
Recently I tried to purchase a download DVD (Trooping the Colour - London) but the download was frustratingly unsuccessful, kept getting ERROR message.
To my horror I now see two debits in my Master card account.
$31.48 on 1st May and $68.74 on 7th May and there are two small Foreign
Transaction Fees to each $0.14 and $2.06 respectively.
At the time I told them to forget it because of the continuous ERROR message
but obviously no action has been taken. I have had no product and nor do I now want the download. At the time I did send an email complaining about the
User-Unfriendly download process and assumed they would take action to cancel the purchase. CAN YOU NOW PLEASE TAKE ACTION TO REVERSE THE TWO CHARGES since it is your name on the the Master Card account.
