I canceled any future orders after trying the "sample" for $5.95. This company debited my account for that amount then again for $89.90. After I said no more, do I want this product. Then I told them I closed that bank account because they tried to hit my account again. Then they said they refunded the account - it was closed. My bank did some research and it had been refunded, but since my account was closed, they returned it to Vivexin. I talked to them and told them and they told me in an email I have a copy of that they "SENT" me a check. Still I don't have it. I contacted them and they are telling me they don't issue paper checks, I have it stated in an email they SENT ME A PAPER CHECK. They refuse to help me follow up and trace any refunds from them. The just refuse to help me. I am out $89.90, and I do not think they should be allowed to rip me off or anyone else. Thank you - Jerri Scroggins
