I was just hung up on my Travis, the so called supervisor, because I asked to speak to his manager, per my sprint bill I have called this company 50 times looking for my refund, you have stolen $34.95 out of my checking account back in March 27. 2012 using some made up account and unauthorized electronic signature, I was told over 40 times I will receive my refund in a few days, i have spoke mark Robinson 16 times and also Veronica who all state they are supervisor, i have been trying to get my money back for over a month.
