Same as the others. :( Found an electronic check debited from my checking account for $29.95 - with my 11 yr. old son's name on it! I called the number listed and was told it was for something subscribed to on line. I told the woman that this was an 11 yr. old child's name on this check and he most definitely does not have access to my checking account. Was told they would refund the money in 3-6 days (no refund yet). I called my bank and called Alliance back - spoke to another person. She gave me the IP address and the email address from which the charge was made. Of course it had no relation to us. I then called the FBI to report the scam, and encourage everyone else to do so, also. Today I called them again to find out where my refund is, and I continually get voicemail. I suspect they will never refund the money... :(
