I was sent a check to cash for a grant I had applied for for $980.36. Once I had cashed that check and sent her the commission based on the entire grant she would send me the final amount to total $10,000.00. The check would not cash. I was told if I did not send the commission I would owe the entire $980.36 and would be reported.
