As others, I was approcated by a young girl named "Brittany" competing for a trip and selling books. I ordered Scholastic Parent & Child for my daughter and 4 year old grand son. I have been waiting for him to receive the magazine which has never arrived. We actually had a nice conversation about her future plans in life. Very convincing young lady. The check cleared my bank on 2/17.
I like to help people who are at least trying to do something for themselves, but I'll turn away the next "nice, highly motivated" younster who comes to my door asking for my help. Shame on you people who are out to deceive!
