I saw a lamp advertised on Lamps.com. The picture was not too clear, but the size noted was what I needed, so I ordered it. When itcame,it wasa completely different size than advertised, and looked nothing like the picture.
It also did not come with a shade. It was pictured with a shade and nothing wassaid about the shade not being included. When I attempted to return it, they indicated that packages that had been opened (I had placed everything back in the original packaging) could not be returned. Theydid offer to take it back for merchandise credit (I was certainlynot goingto purchase from them again) minus twenty five percent restocking fee
