In January 2012 I cancelled my verizen service, but not before the contract ran out. I returned all their equipment as instructed to UPS. They acknowledge that they owe me l65.98. i have contacted them almost weekly, every week they push out the refund date further. I have contacted Consumer Protection and they have tried to move it along but altho they acknowledge the debt they have a million excuses why payment is delayed all related to their accounting procedures. I need help in flushing out my refund. I am disabled. 8l yr. old widow and I really need my refund.
