They sell home based web sites and offer all these options and support for a decent price to sucker you in. Once you purchase your are given the option to upgrade to a pro and other items for this program and thats where the cash starts piling up. If all of these options are not purchased then you cannot work the program and the refund policy says that you have to purchase all of it in order to get a refund and that is after a two week waiting period. If you try it with only the basic account you cannot work the program so you get no refund.
