I signed up for them to build a web based site for me and after three weeks i found it was not worth while and called to have the refund issued as they had a 30 day refund window. I signed the release form for them to give me a refund and it did not happen. A month later I got back in touch with them and was informed they never got the signed form to release the funds back to me and i immediately sent it again and drew their attention to the date that was on it the first time. I was told they would send a check out that same day. A week went by and no check so I called and they gave me a tracking number to follow up which I did and it came by way of Fed X and the USPS postal service and took more than a week to receive. I took the check to the bank to deposit and before processing the bank tried to verify the check was good but when they called the number on the check they were told they could not verify any check. We then went ahead and deposited the check and it came back insufficient funds and I then paid the bank for a returned check fee and since it was a new account I opened with this check it caused my account to be overdrawn charging me another $25. I have since tried to call the 800 number only to have it ring and no answer. One time I got an answer and was told that this number was no longer in service. This company is a complete Scam and a waste of anyone's time and money so stay away from this one as they are bad news. Google should take them down and not allow them to be on google. They advertise a 30 day money back guarantee but it is not worth the time it takes for them to tell you that.
