Three months ago I was going to apply for a cash avance. When I found out that Fundedpayday.com charged 14.95 to just accept my appalacation I canciled my information and canciled the prossing. On April 29, 2012 I went to check my account balance and found that Fundedpayday.com had taken 14.95 out of my account and my bank charged me with an overdraft fee of 25.00. After calling and leaving a message on their machine and hearing nothing back I called. What a joke that was. I have been trying to get my money back and still waiting for a call from the company. They refuse to tell people where they are located. They refuse to let you speak to anyone higher up. I have made 4 to 8 phone calls a day and every time been put through the run-around. They tell me that if I want to file a complaint about customer service I have to call customer service. When you ask for a supervisor, there is never one avaialble. I am having a very hard time understanding them, because they don't speak clear english. I just want my money back and this company shut down.
