I just received a phone call from Ms. Weber @ Payday Recovery Services stating that I took out a payday loan in the amount of $300 back in 2011 and now they are threatening to garnish my wages for it on my next scheduled payday. Now I know for a fact that this is bogus though they had all my personal information. They said because opf some electronic signature waiver they didn't have to take me to court because they had authority to just garnish my wages. When I asked why they had not contacted me prior to now she gave me some bogus excuse and said that wasn't part of her job to know.
