To date, I have not been able to set up the new account with Jail Call. The number they gave me does not work. My biggest complaint is that you must keep an account with PCS or other while spending money for JailCall to connect with your inmate, an additional expense they did not make clear on their homepage. There is no phone number to call in order to talk to a customer service representative, however, I contacted my bank to launch an investigation / dispute and they gave me two phone numbers - 315-368-0473 where I left a message, and 214-643-6048 where the message said "You have reached the desk of Mark Grishom". I left my name and number but have not heard back from him yet. This system is a scam, pure and simple. They have $44.90 and submitted this amount to the bank twice, not once as agreed. I was forced to close my debit card for security reasons and would not be surprised if JailCall would be trying to debit my account before the month was out again. THIS IS A SCAM!
