Beware of this scam between cartagz.com and Google. If you Google DMV, the first hit you'll get is cartagz.com rather than dmv.ca.gov. If you click on it without noticing the .com extension you see a government-looking home page. I almost got sucked in until I saw the cartagz fee! What's this, I asked myself. And on top of the service fee! I'm not sure how we go about complaining/correcting this scam, but it needs to be stopped. It should be written up in the newspapers!!!
