I ORDERED A PRODUCT FROM AURA VIE SKIN CARE AND I ALSO RECEIVED THIS GINALE SKIN CARE PACKAGE. I DID NOT OPEN PACKAGE. I CALLED THE CO THEY GAVE ME A NUMBER TO PLACE ON THE PACKAGE THAT WAS RMA 3933782629189 AND RETURN THE PACKAGE. I DID JUST THAT. SINCE THEN I HAVE CALLED THE CO AND WAS TOLD ON 2 DIFFERENT TIMES THAT IT WAS RECEIVED AND THEY WOULD SEND AN EMAIL TO THE CREDIT OFFICE. I HAVE CALLED AGAIN TODAY AND NOW AM TOLD THAT THEY DON'T SEE THAT IT HAS BEEN RETURNED. I WAS TOLD THE EMAILS WERE SENT SO I SHOULD BE RECEIVING MY CREDIT. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE 02/20/2012
