On 4/24/2012 I applied for a free payday loan. Several days later I was charged 30.00 by online check #444 for 30.00 and called the number on my check. They informed me that it was a fee, and that I had agreed to it. I did not however, but thinking I would just ignore the bs and had learned my lesson about online transactions, I just wrote it off. Today I was charged 34.95 by a different company name, and I called them. They also claimed it was a fee for my payday loan. I went online and it turns out they are the same company. Both companies had the same rep, a female with what sounds like a russian accent though they claim to be from Florida. I complained and asked for her supervisor who also had the same accent but claimed to be American. I demanded the return of my money, pointing out that I had researched them online and both charges were paid to the same company, albeit different entities, and they could not possibly need to charge twice for the same loan referral. I was told by "travis" the supervisor that my money will be refunded within 10 to 15 business days. I highly doubt that and now will have to change my bank info which is highly inconvenient and will affect my legitimate charges. Do not deal with these thieves, they are working the system and by the time our government catches on they will be spend all our money overseas and no-one will get their money back.
