Direct tv took 84.12 out of my checking account without my authorization. I have time warner cable for my cable services, have been with them all my life. I have tried to talk to someone and I get the runaround I have to wait 7 to 10 days to speak to someone. Are they for real!!!! I have faxed them everyday, left my phone number and havn't heard from anyone. What horrible customer service.

File a dispute with your bank and hopefull they can help you get your money back. DTV has gotten you account # from somewhere,did you ever at any time in the past pay someone else's bill using you account?
They keep all #'s on file for this very reason even if you only paid someone's bill one time. You may have to change #'s to prevent this from happening again. -
