Paid 79.00 to download software to backup my data to their cloud (server). Then reinstalled my Win 7 operating system. When I initiated the restore process from SOS, I did everything they recommended. The process failed and I lost all my email data from Word. I had to manually recover my "documents" folder, and desk top. WARNING! This software does not restore data to original locations like Carbonite does. Also, I don't believe that the app. does incremental backups to update only new data. If it doesn't, you'll pay more in no time at all, as the data storage on their server piles up. Carbonite, for 20.00 less give unlimited storage as of this writing. If you need advice for the use of SOS, you are directed to an on line user forum!!!! What???? No faq data for this software? Incredible. Shame on me for not using their trial offer, instead of buying right on in, like I did. I immediately asked for a refund, and settled for a 59.00 refund. They kept 20 bucks. Better than nothing. I'm now using Carbonite.
I immediately asked for a refund
