On March 19 2012 I cancelled this account. I wrote down who I spoke to (Scott) the Confirmation# and he said it would take 7 to 10 business days. They deducted $19.95 which caused my account to be overdrawn ($35.00). This morning I checked my account and they deducted $19.95 on April 30, 2012 which again caused my account to be overdrawn again ($35.00). I spoke to Jose and he said the supervisor authorized only $39.90. Also, I should fax my bank statement and a letter. Since this has caused me a huge inconvenience financially, I would to pursue further action. What else can I do?

Update: 05/08/2012

On May 3, 2012 Experian Credit Report gave me my refund and the bank replaced the overdraft fees. I will continue to check my account.
