I was offered a $200.00 gift card in November, 2011 if I chose to switch my internet and home phone, as well as cable TV to Time Warner. All I needed to do was submit the forms and be a customer in good standing for 90 days. I have inquired several times at the Time Warner Office in West Hollywood as to where and when I would get the gift card. I was told that if would be coming, but there is no card and no number to call. It is clear I have been defrauded by Time Warner Cable.
