I received a check for $930.27 with an attached letter from the said Lisa proctor, advising me that I have been processed for a grant of $10,000 and that this was the first payment. The balance was supposed to be contingent on me sending her $500. I have seen this trick before and therefore will be passing on the entire mail to the police for investigation. Hope this helps to save someone else from being scammed.
