The above date was when it was discovered. They state that a member of my family authorized the additional debit to our home phone bill. This company is a back up service for computers. We live in a very rural area and cannot get a dial up number or DSL line in our area. Therefore, we do not own nor have ever owned a home computer. All on line work is done at my place of work or the public library in town. When asked to disconnect the service, supply evidence of authorization, and refund all collected monies, they started in on how much we obviously enjoyed the service and how much the account had already build up in rewards to be used at their on line store. NEVER agreed to any of the requested actions except for taking 24-48 hours to provide evidence of the authorization just kept working on how much we enjoyed using the service and how much it had already earned us. Wanted us to use the rewards, accept a gift card to a resturant for $25.00 and call them later.
