company charged at&t number for subscription to "8BallHoroscopes"
bill says "For assistance contact: 18003310500" complained to at&t and disputed charges. AT&T claims that charges were authorized, but as a "courtesy" to me they will not collect. I have no idea how this got on phone bill, and they can't tell me how it happened, either.
I am cancelling AT&T.
