I had been phoned on three occasions, over a period of three months, but doubted caller so did nothing. Then I was told my computer was about to crash due to so many Alerts and Damaging cookies, that they needed remote access to my computer to save my data. Mark Watson and Sumantra Chakraborty were names given as Technical experts, and I watched my screen as they did scans and temp data deletes etc. Then I was asked for £300 for their services. I was advised that instead of paying for Bullguard and AVG on my laptop and desktops computers, to pay £310.51 for my lifetime protection on any and every computer I owned in the future, against viruses, etc. but also free technical support. I became suspicious when the only new icons on my computers were ATF-Cleaner.exe and Mozilla Firefox free downloads.

Dear User,
I was so worried about my credit card after I read your Blog...But I must say that the guy you named above did a fantastic job on my twin laptops...I also checked with my bank regarding the 141.10 GBP my wife paid to them...They said that the above mentioned company only took 141.10 GBP from the Visa which my wife used...I dont know about you mate but I am quite happy...They also gave me helpline no. i.e 02030262495 which is answered everytime .
I won't say that this is a con but yeah you cannot let your guard down nowadays...Also mate you gotta bargain with them I mean they gave me a complimentary website which I can use for putting up my personal blogs and etc etc...I am not disrespecting you but i am just putting down my experience with them which I would rate 3.5/5....
