I wanted to participate in a 3 day free trail where they asked for credit card information for age verification, stipulating that my card would not be charged. However when I completed the short application and submitted my information, I only got a blank screen with only the site's logo across the top. I tried again, but was informed my email address was already being used, thereby telling me something went through. My fear was they now had my credit card info and so kept a watch on my credit card statement. That's when 3 day's of charges of $39.90 appeared on my statement. I traced their customer service number and sent several emails which they never responded to. I went back to the original site I was trying to get the 3 day trail and discovered I should have received a confirmation letter in my email, which I didn't, and they had their own customer service number, which I contacted. They did get back to me looking for more information only to inform me the FSUKENT addresses were not their company. This brings me to ask how did FSUKENT get my credit card info from the other site which seems quite legit?

Update: 05/02/2012

This company has posted 3 other debits to my credit card a month after the first three. I have taken this up with my bank and have filed a complaint disputing the charges. You have 45 days to do this.

Update: 05/02/2012

It's in the bank's hands now and I expect to get my $240 back. Meanwhile, I've cancelled my current card, with a new one on the way.
