International boundaries
TheTopAgent.com, has approached Realtors with a program under which agents would purchase rights to activity (buyer or seller leads) within specific postal zip codes and under which The Top Agent.com would purchase "hundreds of commercial spots each month." To date, none of the agents that I have had contact with in North Carolina, Virginia or California have seen one commercial spot or received one legitimate lead.
The purpose of this post is to warn other Realtors about this scam.
