I was sent a package that I did not authorize in March 2012, and again on 04/16/12, each fo $49.95. After each notification, I attempted to call the Customer Service number, and a recorded message came on saying that the office was closed. The calls were made during normal business hours (EST) that the recording stated that the company would be available.
