Have ordered Bio SLim product,(order number 1603824 ,advanced Bio Slim Mango+Bio Cleanse), got charged $ 95,The parcel arrived but after speaking with a few friends who used the product, decided to return it,without opening it. Sent it back on the day it came,however was not aware there is a special procedure to return the stuff! I just crossed my address & wrote :"please return to sender".Apparently you have to call some Sydney number, someone, who barely speaks any English, keeps reiterating the same thing over & over: you should have called us to get a "return number"! When 2 bottle arrived, I did call the company & was told that I should forget about my refund. The bottle would have been returned to their main warehouse in Utah,(as the address stated on the envelope),but because I don't have the "return permit" Number, they can't trace it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Subsequently I will not get my refund! after numerous calls to the company I still have no resolution!
