I was using reliablecom.com pins to call India but their calling cards don't work. You talk for 5 minutes and it will deduct more than 10 minutes from your total minutes count. I got a call from customer care and they told me that they have a special offer of 4000 mins in $20.00 and I gave them my approval. Once I took the pin, it worked for hardly 7 days. I still had 3800 minutes left in my account. Now this pin don't work at all. When I call the dial-in number, it says invalid pin. Their customer care number keeps me on hold for hours and says all the agents are busy. This is really ridiculous. They have cheated me for my hard earned money.
