Canadian cash award mega millions.... Watch out!

First off we got a call on a weekday before 6:30 am- I didn't let them talk just told them we were sleeping and hung up.
Once I was up I called them back to ask what the heck they wanted and why call so early.
A Jamaican lady said it was the Canadian Cash Award Mega Millions and that we had won $550,000 as second place, as well as a free trip for 3 people anywhere in the world and a BMW lease car for 3 years plus insurance. A Jamaican man supposedly the CFO ID # 9201, Michael Miller came on the line and congratulated us. They said they would work on everything and call is back- I said we were going out and that they would have to wait for us to return fro. Our appointment. We got home and they called once again...... And here's where the money comes in.... She said they will need us to pay a registration fee of $155 tomorrow morning first thing before they send everyone out with our gifts!!!! she said they will call us in the morning to ensure we know how to pay the $$$. I have their phone number and will contact our local police to advise them of this as the call might have gone to some poor old age pensioner who just might have believed this scam story!
