Ordered a Hugo Boss shirt from hugobosssale.eu. A web site that looks like it is in the USA.

The confirmation email had me thinking the worse:-
Dear [email protected] ,
Thank you for choosing " hugobosssale.eu " to purchase on 04/07/2012
19:12:02 GMT and your transaction amount is 90.0 USD.
The charge will appear on your credit card statement as payment to
LLHANDBAG FIRM.

Started searching for the company that processed the transaction called fashionpay.com and found it was in China. Fake item that was not even close to the item that I ordered. I have since mailed fashionpay.com & Hugo Boss.eu and it seems they are part of the same group as I get emails back from the same name "molouchong"

The last reply to my mails below:-

I'm very sorry,after going into the matter we find that this is our new staff negligence and we are sorry about this.
But he send you is the more expensive style,so we did not have any profit,in other words,this business has lost money. I'm sorry to say that we can't refund to you.
We can sent the goods that you have ordered to you,but the product you have ordered has been out of stock,every day the number of order are too many. now we couldn't help you,pls understand,thanks. if you can understand us,we can offer a discount for you on your next order or send a gift for you.
